What is it?
Hypnosis is a focused state of awareness when the critical mind is not in the driver’s seat. Hypnotherapy is a therapeutic modality that guides you into a hypnosis (this natural state of focused relaxation) so that you can access the subconscious mind and create the changes you long for in your life. The subconscious makes up 95-98% of the mind, and through hypnosis we can tap into the ABUNDANCE of wisdom, clarity, and power.
Is it safe?
YES. A state of hypnosis is completely natural, and you can't get stuck. It's like the moment right before you wake up and fall asleep — awake but a little dreamy. You are in control the entire time and can never do anything that you don't want to.
What if I'm not sure if I can be hypnotized.
Anyone can be hypnotized as long as you want to. And even if you listen to these recordings while you're doing something else (just not driving!!), you'll still receive the benefits because your subconscious is always listening.
What should I expect?
You can expect to feel relaxed, peaceful, and either filled with confidence and clarity for your day or drifting off into a peaceful sleep depending on which recording you listen to.
