The way we talk to ourselves is the foundation of how we experience life.
Changing our self talk is the simplest path to changing our lives, yet it's also one of the hardest.
Our self-talk has the power to influence walking into a meeting full of confidence, ready to speak up and be heard vs. sliding into a seat in the back with our brilliant ideas kept inside. It's the difference between sharing your truth and staying small. Taking action on your dreams or staying stuck. Seeing flaws in the mirror vs. seeing beauty.
I created this series because I want this tool of intentional self-talk to be in the hands (and heads) of as many beautiful souls as possible. You deserve to speak to yourself with love, it's as simple as that. And when you do start speaking to yourself in this way, the whole universe responds. Get ready :)

Why Self-Talk?
Taking control of your self-talk and focusing on speaking to yourself with kindness, compassion, and intention has been proven to increase confidence, focus, performance, and an overall sense of wellbeing and self-love.
It is proven by neuroscience that people who actively think positively have more neurons in the part of their brain that's responsible for problem solving, resilience, and balance*.
This tool is is so powerful because it is always available to us if we remember to reach for it.
